  1. I am using an H115i, but it doesn't work correctly with the official software/firmware. Corsair is apparently aware of this, but nothing has been officially released to repair it. This thread is one of many with complaints, and its been going on for quite some time with no actual fix. I assume MAYBE they are working on it? Im considering just returning mine since I still have a few more days on my amazon return. I love the cooler, but without support from corsair, its just a shiny paperweight. Probably going to just get an aurasync cooler instead. ROG ones are looking really good.
  2. I actually managed to fix mine. I retooled the driver and firmware and cut out some things that were checking for USB power and sync with the program. Only issue I have now is the fact iCue crashes when I change settings, but when I restart it the changed settings are still in place. So I can modify my colors and fan speeds now, it's just sad that I had to find a work around myself instead of Corsair actually fixing this. Been an issue (per reddit and this forum at least) since the Platinum series released. Come on guys.... if I can make a temp fix, surely someone that actually has programming knowledge can fix it for real.
  3. I know this isn't directed at me, but I also run the same PSU, and it's not connected to a header and I still have the issues.
  4. Just an update, Gave it a while, and even with lights in static mode, still getting disconnects, although less frequent. I have tested Closing ICue, not running steam, and even booted into safe mode, and after 3 hours in safe mode, I had roughly 10 disconnects (I wasnt at the computer for all of the time) I have gone as far as completely wiping the drivers, and still nothing is helping. Hopefully this info helps solve the issues
  5. Just like to reply to this since it is the only thread I can find with a Corsair Rep response. This issue is still happening, and I have tried everything to get it to stop. Setting the lights to static appears to fix it, but I didn't pay extra for static LEDs. This was the final part in a VERY healthy build, so it would be nice if there were some sort of update. Honestly the disconnects wouldn't be all that bad if it weren't for the sound effect over and over every minute or so. The cooling seems to be unaffected, but still. Come on Corsair, Everything in my case is Corsair, can we get this one thing fixed?
