Scimitar side buttons not working

Just registered to say this appears to still be happening apparently randomly. 6/9/2018 - latest iCue and firmware. Thanks to the suggestions in this thread, a repair of iCue has got the buttons working again. Still hoping for a permanent fix from Corsair.
