yes you can request an advanced rma,this is an option when you start a rma,,they send the new part to you first which will avoid any down time for your pc...

most are doing online docs these days as its much cheaper and info changes and online info is much easier to keep current.

the monitoring of a sensor can usually be done by multiple programs where at worse would be an inaccurate reading but ...no two programs cannot co-exist together while controlling a sensor,fan or whatever it may be...

i had thought fitting would had been the cheapest,in single parts they are but the price really adds up when you get a dozen,,of course i got a few extra items to try and avoid a re-order the 540 is a great case,i think youll love it,im waiting [hoping] on a new version thats 1 inch taller and longer as it would make custom cooling much easier...

your absolutely right as its the customer must bear the burden of the inconvenience one reason ive stuck with corsair products is they understand this and have people that go beyond the call of duty to try and ease the hassle customers go thru,their quite dedicated and which is why their seen posting here all hours of the day and night.

+1 of course im still looking for a product with a zero failure rate. out of over 3 dozen items ive purchased of corsair products ive had one failure,,,well it still worked but just not to my expectations sorry this has happened and not being rude or crude but it was just luck of the draw yours zonked out...

no im started but i have 3 other builds so i can take my time with this but having a evga 780 and a 4930k processor sure makes the waiting hard...;): whats taking time is moving the psu outward 1/4 inch,cutting the 2 bay 5.25 drive cage down to 1 1/4 bays and modding the top and front of the case. theres 10 different pieces of sheet metal being used in this build and doing all the cutting and bending by hand. time and energy is very slim so its been small steps so far.

the one business day reply is an automated response and has been known to get thrown in junk/spam mail. its always best to call them ,its faster and skips the email process and also helps during the holiday rush...
