I've played around with the numbers a bit and have gotten it down to 9-9-9-24 2T and 9-10-9-27 1T. Both are very stable. Now, which is better? Your so close between numbers i don't think you'll notice anything in real world performance. About all you can do is run some memory benchmarks and compare the numbers to see what is better.
