Ritlengo
I just bought my SP2500 and when i plugged them in for the first time i thought the sound was very low so i reinstalled all my drivers and the sound was still very low i had everything turned up to maximum at that point. I have no sound card in my PC but it shouldn't make a the sound any lower or higher.
Toasted
Have you tried adjusting the volume in Windows?
Ritlengo
Toasted: Yes i´ve tried that. I have to clearify on this sentence "I have no sound card in my PC but it shouldn't make a the sound any lower or higher." I have no external sound card only the realtek integrated in my motherbaord. Toasted
Check your settings on the remote such as EQ and see if that helps.
Ritlengo
I've checked that i'ts not on night mode and i also tried yesterday with another input device such as my mobile device and the sound weren't any differant there for i think that some part of the amplifier is broken. Toasted
Contact your seller and ask if they can replace the unit for you. If not, request an RMA to replace it.
