ax1200i usb dongle

hello again having more problems first was my h100i got the replaced then had a bit fall off motherboard now usb dongle has gone and stopped working wytnyt said the other day it comes in threes

dongle lights up green then goes off getting event in event viewer saying

and also when I look in device manager corsair link usb dongle has a little yellow triangle so I think I need to do rma do I just send the dongle thanks in advance

 

also I have just plugged my psu in to h100i block for now but I don't know which is more accurate now as when plugged in to usb dongle system idles at 99% efficiency

when plugged in to h100i block 90.88% efficiency ?

I don't believe they require you to send anything back for just the dongle. But , well, you know how to get started. :(
