Oldpennter
I just threw together my new machine, and had a few questions about my SSD and Intel's SRT system. First of all, SRT seems pretty hands off. Once i have it all set up i dont really need to do anything to make it work, or so it seems? I want to make sure i am correct in that assumption. Secondly after reading some information on this forum, do i need to have TRIM running if i am using SRT? Do I need to do anything in my BIOS? Again Intel's setup seems to change the array into RAID0 on its own.
Toasted
You don't need to do anything else once SRT is setup. TRIM should function normally even when the SSD is on SRT.
