When I visit the RMA STATUS tab on the website it always refers me back to the Tech Support tab. Is it broken? Therefore I am unable to check my RMA status. Massicor Posted October 4, 2011 Share Posted October 4, 2011 It done the same to me...for me it was only when i came here and asked ramguy about it ..he asked tech support to contact me ..when they contacted me i recieved an email ..in there was a link to there support ..through that they ask if u need any help and you tell them the problem ( no status updates) and they give you updates through tech support Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Wired Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Actually, customer service can give you updates on RMAs, not tech support.
