Shemmie Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 Did you guys ever fix the R Series "Drive disappears on boot" issue? 3 months ago your response was RMA to everyone, so I'm assuming you've had enough drives back to diagnose and fix the problem, rather than leaving everyone with a very expensive light door stop. Apologies if I seem a touch bitter, but I'm half expecting a "RMA it" response, and we all know RMA'ed drives were returned with the original fault.
