izxibit Posted October 17, 2009 Share Posted October 17, 2009 My corsair cm2x1024-6400c4pro 2gb kit died on me. So i went to corsair's website and did all the rma stuff. After looking around on the website, i see they don't even sell the 2gb pro kit anymore. So, i was wondering what happens in this situation since i paid extra for the activity leds and cas 4. I have a windowed case and wouldn't be to happy if i got stuck with the regular xms2 series. Thanks in advance for any replys because i know it's a stupid thing to worry about. Synthohol Posted October 17, 2009 Share Posted October 17, 2009 sometimes you get lucky and they have some NOS laying around. i RMA'd a pair of Dominator 6400 3,4,3,9 ram last year that they havent sold in a while but i did get the exact same model back (new) even with a fan. you really wont know until you try. i also have a pair of 4,4,4,12 6400 PRO sticks on my M2n32 that work flawlessly so i share your attachment to them! theres no way to find out before monday 9am Pacific time.
