changing the fan

If you were to change the fan would that void the warranty? Although the ADDA fan looks to be of good quality I have a panaflo hydro-wave 120MM that pushes good air but is very silent I could put to use.

It looks as though the fan lead is soldered right to the pcb so in order to change it you would have to cut and splice a new fan in.

Opening the case to the PSU voids the warranty, I'm afraid. I have yet to hear a noise complaint about the ADDA fan we use, though, and it cools quite sufficiently. The internal design doesn't get very hot even at high load.
