adam_s
Hi. Main site says customers must post here before requesting an RMA so here goes... :). 1GB (2x 512MB) Valueselect PC2-4200 DDR2 kit on a Supermicro P8SCT motherboard. We've built 20+ systems with this configuration without issue but this particular pair of sticks cause the system to fail to boot without any beep codes. After replacing the RAM with an identical Corsair kit, the system runs perfectly. Reseller (eBuyer) is insisting we contact you for an RMA rather than them. Is it ok to request the RMA? Many thanks in advance. Adam.
