hliang
I believe I have 2 bad RAM modules (CMX-512 3200). I have been receiving blue screens with increasing frequency over the past few weeks. Theses chips have been installed for over a year and have functioned without any problems until now. No changes were made to the settings before the blue screens first appeared. After doing research on the descriptions on the blue screens, things seem to be pointing to the RAM. I have since bought a new hard drive and attempted 2 fresh installations and encountered blue screens both times (during and after completed installations of Windows XP Pro). Please assist with an RMA exchange. Thanks
