TheOnys
So my pump died last night, checked all connections & voltages and they're fine but it's still not pumping. I'll be filling out an RMA as soon as I get the post ID

stev
TheOnys, If the pump is the DDC-1, Delphi/Laing pump, then it's easy to do. RMA the pump back to where you received it. Usually it's Swiftech or Danger Den. However, you may have gotten the pump as part of a kit via Corsair and they too can will take RMA's. The newer Laing pump is in version DDC-2. It is now 12V@18W. This power boost and IC upgrade fixes any of the problems. Hope this helps!
TheOnys
Thanks for the info stev, I bought the pump as part of a kit from Tigerdirect, but they say they'll exchange defective parts within 30 days, and it's been almost 2 months since the purchase. It is indeed a DDC-1P Pump, I put an RMA request in to Corsair last Friday but still haven't heard anything.
