bigfeet Posted November 26, 2005 Share Posted November 26, 2005 I have 4x256 cmx256a 32002cpt modules 1 has xms3200 v1.2 3 have xms3202 v1.1 the computer never had a problem with the different latencies for 1 yr but now i am getting a 2min40sec bios splash screen before it boots then i get a message that the memory timing has been reset to auto i use spd in the bios and dont mess with timing as iam looking for stability in my system. anyone have any suggestions before i remove the memory and have it tested i have run bootvis and see no problems other than the memory hang. CAS Latency (tCL): 2 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3 Row Precharge (tRP): 3 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6 Memory Voltage: 2.75 Volts All other settings to defaults.
