m65 scroll wheel, not going up and down as pressed.

Hi, I have m65 mouse and the scroll wheel will hesitate to turn the pages up and down properly. Any help?

They may replace the item if it is in a certain timeframe, and provided there is a hardware issue.  if they are for some reason unable to assist (which has never happened to me and I have reached out 3 times I think over the years), can you confirm you get the tactile bump when rolling?  If so, it might mean there is an issue getting the scroll registered, which might be something lodged in the way like hair / dust etc which may or may not be made better with some aggressive compressed air
