keyboard MK2 Strafe RGB Keyboard Function 11 key acting erratically

Hey guys

Like the title says, my keyboard's F11 key is acting really weird, for instance: My F11 key activates the ESC key, and sometimes even the F7 key. 

Updating the device firmware, and even resetting my PC to base Windows 10 did not solve the issue. I didn't see any other key. The keyboard is about 2 years old now, but I've been keeping it clean, opening it twice already to clean it up internally as well, but this issue only came up this month.

Anyone else experience this before? or is it about time that I look at a new KB?
