Lighting Node CORE Dosent Work with NZXT USB Hub

I Bought the NZXT USB Hub Because I needet more Motherboard USB Plugs For Bluetooth And RGB (the Lighting Node CORE wich came built in With my case the Corsair iCUE 465X RGB). The Problem is when i connect everything (i hear the sound of conecting in windows) Icue dosent work but The bluetooth Works. Any solutuons??

Hey there,

Have you tested the Node Core connected directly to the motheboard first? I would first connect to the motherboard and be sure iCUE picks this up. Now connect the powered hub and first only connect the Node Core. If all goes well you can add one device at a time. If this issue persist please submit a ticket here and we will be happy to assist.
