iCUE 7000x Graphics card installation

I have a GeForce RTX 4090 Graphics card and it does not fit into a iCUE 7000x case.

I need instructions on how to remove the plastic cover above the cables running into my motherboard since it is hindering the graphics card installation.

Thanks for any suggestions.

The 7000 series can handle a 450mm long video card. I have an RTX 4090 video card inside a 5000X case and the maximum size for the 5000X is 400mm. If possible try a different routing of your motherboard cables.

from what i understood it's more like the motherboard shroud is bumping under the videocard maybe?
