fulltime_introvert Posted May 15, 2022 Share Posted May 15, 2022 Whenever I use "ctrl + w", the lighting effects that I use stop working and the keyboard only has white light. Using the "fn + c" to switch between lighting effects and "fn + z" to switch between profiles also stops working. I've checked that the keyboard does not need any software updates. JoeTes Posted November 18, 2022 Share Posted November 18, 2022 I'm having the same problem and its very frustrating! I haven't found a single solution to this problem! Please if you or anyone else know whats wrong please let me know. My keyboard randomly switches to all white lights and it doesn't let me change them through iCue.
