same problem with "ctrl + t".

Whenever I use "ctrl + w", the lighting effects that I use stop working and the keyboard only has white light. Using the "fn + c" to switch between lighting effects and "fn + z" to switch between profiles also stops working. I've checked that the keyboard does not need any software updates.
