The Commander Core is required to power the Elite AIO.  It  provides 6 PWM fan control ports and 6 RGB ports on the other side.  For the remainder, you could use a Commander Pro for speed control and if you get at least one of the multi-packs of LL fans you will have the RGB Lighting Hub you need to provide 5v power.  These two "Commanders" come from different generations of products.  The "Core" devices have the fan lighting components built in.  The Commander Pro uses an small external module so it can stuff other hardware on the circuit board.  The Commander Pro can handle lighting for up to 12 fans with the RGB booster, 6 PWM/DC fan headers, and 4 temp probe ports.

In theory, you also could use a Commander Core XT instead of the Commander Pro.  It like your other Commander Core has direct RGB fan connections but then also have one LED port for strips or other accessories plus 2 temp sensors.  That is not as much as the Commander Pro but all you would need, so normally I would say get whichever is cheapest (likely Com XT).  However, a lot of users are having trouble running any 3 or more of the Commander Core, XT, and LCD top.  That would give you three of them and likely a USB voltage headache on top of the existing AMD limitations.  And since you are on AMD, you are highly likely to need a powered USB hub to handle the three required USB connections.  Splitters and passthroughs do not work for this.  Any brand should work and it should not cost more than $20 USD.  You are looking for something with SATA power and 3-4 USB ports with a connection back to the motherboard.
