xistolas Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 Hi, got myself a iCUE H115i RGB Pro XT 280mm but it doesnt start i get only a red light on the top corner and have a Bios Alert saying CPU Fan not working i have all connected... both fans, Sata connector, USB, and fan in 5m the cpu gets to 100ºC and shutsdown can someone help me? c-attack Posted March 24, 2022 Share Posted March 24, 2022 It appears to be a bad unit and the pump is not working. The cpu fan error tells you the AIO is not sending a signal back and instant overheat confirms the zero flow state. Aside from a bad SATA cable on your end, this is going to be an AIO issue.
