Hello dualscimitars,

The problem might be because of a software conflict. If you run other software that controls RGB and hardware components, it might cause Corsair interface drivers to deactivate.

Please note that your RAM will continue to operate as normal even if it is not detected in iCUE. Its functionality will not be affected beyond being able to the change the RGB settings.

What software conflicts with Corsair hardware control?
The following software have been known to conflict with Corsair hardware control:

EVGA Precision XOC
MSI Mystic Light and/or Dragon Center
ASUS Aura RGB
ASUS Armoury Crate
Razer Synpase
Logitech G Hub
Thaiphoon Burner
Gigabyte RGB Fusion

How to resolve the iCUE issue
First, if your motherboard has an SPD Write option, make sure it is enabled. If this option is not enabled, iCUE will not be able to communicate with your RAM. If you need help verifying the location of this option in BIOS, reach out to your motherboard manufacturer.

The next thing you want to do is uninstall any conflicting software. If you do not want to uninstall the software, try deactivating the RGB controls in the conflicting software.

Finally, you can try manually reactivating the driver after restarting your PC. To do this:

Open iCUE.
Click the iCUE Settings icon.
Click the Restart button next to Restart iCUE Service.
