K95 Platinum wird nicht erkannt.

Meine K95 Platinum wird von Windows und von I Cue nicht erkannt, somit funktioniert sie nicht mehr. Der Windows Gerätemanager zeigt den Fehlercode 43. manchmal gieng sie wieder durch erneutes einstecken oder neustarten des PCs, das bringt jedoch mittlerweile auch nichts mehr. Sie leuchtet auch nicht mehr. Nur wenn ein Reset versucht wird leuchtet sie in Rot für ca. 1 min und löscht wieder ab.

I cue und der Tastaturtreiber sind auf dem neuesten stand.

Reset der Tastatur bringt nichts/geht nicht.

Auf einem anderen Pc ist das gleiche problem aufgetreten.

Die Tastatur wurde kaum genutzt.

USB 3 wurde verwndet.

We would first suggest you try a soft-reset of the keyboard. This will clear the keyboard internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below:

1: Unplug the keyboard.
2: Press the Esc key
3: While holding the Esc key, plug in the keyboard.
4: Hold the key down for 10 seconds.
5: Release the key.
