The following is happening, I connect it via usb and it just recharge it doesn't play any audio, i tried in another computer but its the same problem. I have to do something? In wifi there are no problem. I play a video in YT and i hear the audio. Its new, i just bought him and today they delivered. Are you usually running it through iCUE and if so what is the current firmware version of your VIRTUOSO headset and its USB dongle? Thanks!
