The never ending wheel issue(s) - T1 Race

I assume other T1 Race chair owners are more than aware of the issues with the wheels failing on these chairs and the daily quest to pickup ball bearings.

I'm in discussion with Corsair support to get a set of replacement/modified wheels to replace the faulty ones however they're insisting on a serial number "from the bottom of the chair".

Can another T1 Race owner confirm there is no serial number on the bottom of their chair please? There's certainly no serial number on the bottom of mine, nor have I ever seen on on the countless reviews, videos or photographs of this model of chair online.

Thanks. Nothing like that on mine or lots of the reviews, photos of the same chair online. Is this a recent addition?

I'm not in the support or product side so I can't say for sure, but from what I can see, chairs have always had serial number stickers.
