therick04pp Posted September 30, 2021 Share Posted September 30, 2021 Have had this mouse for about a week now. With the polling rate at 2k and below all works as it should. With the polling rate set to 4k - 8k, the "snap" feature that lets Win 10 snap a screen to the edge of your screen, gets stuck when traversing across monitors, using multiple monitor setups. I have racked my brain for a few hours trying to figure it out, redid all my settings and would up going back to square one with what changed with this new mouse. My polling rate was set to 4k. Once I put it to 2k or below, it works great. Set it back to 4k and up and the cursor gets stuck to the edge, unless you move the mouse at a crazy fast rate across screens.
