Have had this mouse for about a week now. With the polling rate at 2k and below all works as it should. With the polling rate set to 4k - 8k, the "snap" feature that lets Win 10 snap a screen to the edge of your screen, gets stuck when traversing across monitors, using multiple monitor setups. I have racked my brain for a few hours trying to figure it out, redid all my settings and would up going back to square one with what changed with this new mouse. My polling rate was set to 4k. Once I put it to 2k or below, it works great. Set it back to 4k and up and the cursor gets stuck to the edge, unless you move the mouse at a crazy fast rate across screens. Let me know what you need from me for a bug report, please and thank you.

They said on another thread that they had no intentions of supporting the Trio X. Which makes ZERO sense. They support the ventus, that you can't even overclock and cools just fine as is, but don't support the card that would need it and you can overclock (even if not by much). It's like Flowmaster mufflers only offering performance exhaust systems for the 6 cyl. versions of cars and not the 8 cyl. Haha! Read through this as my XT was already on the way. Sure enough, update bricked the keyboard. Thankfully I already had the file downloaded and ready.. Followed the fix and viola, all good and on the most recent update after about 5 minutes and thanks to this thread, I didn't panic.. Haha. THANK YOU, KoblerMan!!

Hi all, New build, everything is fresh and updated. I went with Corsair so that mystic light would be the only rgb software I would need (mobo, mag cooler, gpu are all MSI). I have two sticks of 16gb vengeance pro rgb (3200mhz) ram and two enhancement sticks. The two ram sticks work flawlessly with mystic (weird I know), but the two enhancement sticks continue to scroll through the unicorn puke default, no matter what I do. iCUE works for all four sticks. Is this just going to be how it is, or am I doing something or not doing something, I should be? Thanks in advance.
