Paganpilot Posted September 24, 2021 Share Posted September 24, 2021 Hello folks, I am wondering if anyone has successfully upgraded a recent (2021) i200 with DDR4 3600 CL16 RAM? All of the machines say they come with DDR4 3200 (as does my i200) but am wondering if it can take a bit more. The MSI Z490i Unify (which I think that is the motherboard for these units) does not list any RAM over 3200. Thank you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Be careful though as this configuration can potentially lead to thermal issues. It may be a struggle, too since there's no kit over 3200 listed on MSI's QVL.
