Nytehawk2002
I updated iCue to v4.14.179 tonight and my Vengeance RGB Pro memory modules either randomly fail to light in weird ways (entire module dark, half of a module, whole module blinks) or don't light at all. Also, suddenly one of my fans has a flickering "pink" LED. This update has really messed with my settings. Any suggestions to fix all of this? Cmdr_5t33l
I have the same issue if I have the Plugin enabled to show lighting on the Asus Motherboard. Obviously this idea was not thought out as it stops when loading plugin.
Corsair Employee Corsair Fer Posted August 24, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 24, 2021 Do you have any other RGB controlling software installed on your system? Have you tried a clean install of iCUE? Open your computer's Control Panel. Open the Programs and Features options. Select Corsair Utility Engine in the list, and then select Uninstall. Press Window Key + R to open the Run command. Type %appdata% and press Enter. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Return to the Run window and type %localappdata%. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ for iCUE 3, or C:\Program Files\ for iCUE 4. Delete any Corsair folders in that folder. Type Regedit in the Run window and then click OK. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and delete the Corsair folder. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and delete the Corsair folder. Restart your computer. Download a new installer file for iCUE from Corsair.com and reinstall. Why do you guys keep ignoring the fact that I was the first to report this problem and named the specific version it's last working in? I also clean wiped the one machine and reinstalled Windows and icue and armory crate. If I install the last version it worked on it works fine. Tell your developers they broke it! v4.12.214 was and still is the last version that works for RGB control of Corsair vengeance ram from armory crate. Anyone who wants theirs working again can search for and download this version. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/171510-changelog-missing-known-issue-of-broken-asus-plugin/?do=getNewComment Edited August 26, 2021 by DOTTAT

When it initially booted all 4 memory modules were lit with a rainbow effect. but the Memory icon in iCue had a red triangle and nothing could be managed. I rebooted and now only one module lights.. and it's cycling through the colors.
