Preguiça Posted April 13, 2021 Share Posted April 13, 2021 I'm having problems with my Commander Pro, sometimes my 6 LL Fans don't show up, sometimes some show up, and most of the time nothing appears. I tried to change language, auto, 4-pin, reinstall, firmware update. Does anyone have a solution? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
c-attack Posted April 13, 2021 Share Posted April 13, 2021 (edited) This usually happens when running another full spectrum monitoring program like AIDA or HWiNFO that polls the Corsair devices at the same time. The mixed up voltages on the 3.3/5/12 volt rails are another classic sign of the software conflict. Quit the other program and restart the CUE service from the settings page or reboot the PC to restart all.
