Hello,

 

since a few days my mouse is acting weirdly.

After 30 to 60 min of use it starts to pull down the cursor on the pc the same amount im trying to move it upwards. Which mostly results in the curser beeing stuck on the taskbar and flickering up and down. Vertical movement keeps working like normal.

This behavour started around the time I did update the firmware of the mouse.

Dongle-Firmware-Version: 2.4.14

Mouse-Firmware-Version:2.7.37

 

I bought this mouse around 7 months ago.

 

Did somebody experience that aswell?

 

I tried it on 3 different PCs and the issue happens on all of them. Also using different ports or resetting the mouse doesnt help either. (Using Wired or Wireless doesnt change anything too)

This is definitely unusual behavior. Please contact support using the link at the top of this page, and they will assist you with a firmware flash of the device to see if there is a way to fix this mouse, or if it needs to be warranty exchanged.
