k95 rgb platinum Buzzing noise with K95 RGB Platinum and Nightsword RGB

I recently got both the K95 RGB Platinum keyboard and the Nightsword RGB mouse. I have noticed that whenever the lights are on for either the mouse or keyboard, there is a load buzzing noise in my headphones. Is there a way to fix this issue? The headset is another brand so it might be a compatibility issue or an issue with the headphones but I've never experienced this issue with other keyboards or mice. First, we sincerely apologize for any delay you experienced due to extraordinary holiday support/service request volume.

 

Do you have any of the Corsair devices plugged into a hub, or USB passthrough of any kind, next to the headphones? It could be a power draw issue with the Corsair devices on the hub in that case.

 

Unfortunately we can't help much in troubleshooting another brand's product -- that manufacturer would probably have better insight as to what causes interference issues the most with their particular product. Apologies for any inconvenience -- hope this helps.
