Theophany
Hi all, I recently completed a new build with the following specs: Ryzen 9 3900XAsus Strix X570-F MotherboardCorsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4x8GB, CMW32GX4M4Z3200C16, Ryzen compatible)RTX 3080 My issue is that I can't seem to get the RAM to run at it's XMP/DOCP speed of 3200MHz. The PC will reboot but not POST, with the DRAM error LED illuminated. I then have to do a CMOS reset to get going again. The RAM defaults to 2666MHz speed otherwise. I have attached a screenshot from Thaiphoon Burner and I suspect that it is misreading the kit's IC based on the XMP timings. It looks more like Samsung C-Die than B-Die. Any suggestions on how I can get this kit working at it's rated XMP speeds? I did try to get timings from DRAM Calculator for Ryzen, but it doesn't support Samsung C Die. Corsair Employee Corsair Fer Posted December 18, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 18, 2020 Contact ASUS to see if they have a beta BIOS available for stability. I have seen x570 motherboards paired with 3000 series processors needing beta BIOS.
