medavidcook Posted October 6, 2020 Share Posted October 6, 2020 Hi I just got the above product and plugged it into the PC with the included splitter, The audio is fine but the microphone is not being picked up. Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted October 6, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 6, 2020 Since this headset is an analog headset, it will be detected by your default onboard or discrete sound card depending how you have it connected. In your case, Realtek Audio will be the correct device. Make sure to go into your Sound Settings for Windows, and under the Recording Devices tab, set the appropriate Realtek device as your default.
