cwhitehead Posted April 14, 2020 Share Posted April 14, 2020 Hi All, just bought a ST100 to complete the setup however plugging in the device im greeted with... USB Device not recognised. I thought i would try here before sending it back. I have a k95 / x6 LL120 / M65 Pro and Virtuoso headset all working just fine on ICUE. I read on another page of someone having some sucess uninstalling everything corsair and reinstalling, however no luck for me. I have also tried plugging into my son's PC which is greeted with the same message. Does anyone have anything else i should be trying or missing here? Or do i just send it back. KILLER_K Posted April 19, 2020 Share Posted April 19, 2020 Mine did that until I finally found a USB port it liked. There was also a firmware update not long ago for it as well. KILLER_K Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 That back jack is very weak. Mine started flopping around and got loose as well. It did the on and off connecting as well. I had to RMA mine as well. They needed to add some onboard memory for hardware lighting on it. It is what it is though. Hi All, I sent it back for testing, will let you know the outcome.
