Countess Isolde
My mouse stopped working about 32 days after I bought it, so it was just outside Amazon's return window. I contacted Corsair support about it, paid to have it sent in, and the replacement is a refurb. The grippy texture on the thumb rest has been worn down smooth, so it's clearly been heavily used too. I'm really not happy about this - would have been better off paying for Amazon's restocking fee for out of window returns, at least then I'd get a new one. I know that replacements with refurbs are within the warranty policy, but yeah... I also can't get the image of gross sticky fingers touching my refurb mouse for months before it was refurbed, yay for being OCD. I'd read that most of the time the replacements are new, and especially for an item like a mouse where lots of people have sanitary issues? Probably won't buy a Corsair product again even though I like the quality. Really disappointed.
