  1. My mouse stopped working about 32 days after I bought it, so it was just outside Amazon's return window. I contacted Corsair support about it, paid to have it sent in, and the replacement is a refurb. The grippy texture on the thumb rest has been worn down smooth, so it's clearly been heavily used too. I'm really not happy about this - would have been better off paying for Amazon's restocking fee for out of window returns, at least then I'd get a new one. I know that replacements with refurbs are within the warranty policy, but yeah... I also can't get the image of gross sticky fingers touching my refurb mouse for months before it was refurbed, yay for being OCD. I'd read that most of the time the replacements are new, and especially for an item like a mouse where lots of people have sanitary issues? Probably won't buy a Corsair product again even though I like the quality. Really disappointed.
  2. I am in Germany; unfortunately the stores near me seem to have every Corsair mouse available to hold except for the ones I am looking for. (Specifically Harpoon, Dark Core, and Ironclaw). I might pop by another of the stores nearby on the way home today and see if they have a Darksword or M65 in the try me section. In any case, thank you for the advice. I will likely go for the M65 unless I run into a Darksword that really changes my mind.
  3. Right, I'm looking at the M65 now, and it looks like it might work for my grip style. I used to use a palm grip on a Logitech G9 for a very long time. Nightsword looks decent too, but I'm weary of the extended thumb rest. I really didn't like the Glaive's one when I tried it.
  4. Hi all. I've been in the market for a mouse and I bought a Glaive thinking it would suit me, but I'm finding that it's just too big for my hands and is giving me nasty cramps on my little finger. I quite liked the Harpoon that I use for work, as I am aware that it is a smaller mouse. Is there a better option for me in Corsair's lineup? I use a semi-palm grip, but I have small hands, so I am most comfortable palm gripping something the size of the Harpoon (but at the same time I would like the more features in a more premium mouse, hence my initial gravitation to the Glaive). I mostly play at a high sensitivity and prefer small movements to large ones.
