Freed
Iv installed what I believe is the latest version of iCue off of the Corsair site, Version 3.21.88.0. Windows 10, with all of the securoty updates and such, v1903. Have two corsair devices working as they should with windows. And iCue can be run, shows in my task manager, and has no trace of it anywhere else. Not in the tray. Not on my Taskbar. Not if I press Alt Tab. It shows in the Task manager as running my Cpu between 25 and 30% on an Intel i5. And has no other discernable activity or function.
Freed
I have tried reinstalling. Checking for a new version. Running an older version. Windows compatibility mode, both windows 7 and 8 settings. Restarting the system. I tried a clean install of windows 10 (Was switching drives anyway) All with the same results. The process shows in task manager, can be ended, and yet the UI does not manifest in ANY form, no window is generated whatso ever, regardless of any command I apply to either iCue.exe or iCueLauncher.exe Edited November 8, 2019 by Freed
summerheat
This is an ongoing issue that many are experiencing. I made a support ticket and they are looking into it.
DevBiker
This is typically an issue with OpenGL initialization. This could be in your video driver or - and we've seen this before, just not as much recently - Duet Display. I'm not sure what Duet Display does but it has regularly caused issue with OpenGL. spidertaker23
Same problem for me. The only thing I have been able to to do it re-install 3.18 - see thread https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=190338&page=
JNic
Move the Corsair folder for C:\Program Files (x86) to C:\Program Files. It really did fix it for me. See my #42 reply in this thread for all of the steps that I did. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=190338&page=3
