Hello I am trying to get rma for my k63 wireless keyboard, since it turned out to be faulty 20 days ago. I made a ticket and had to write and email to the support, because I didnt get answer. 9 days ago i received answer on my ticket which said it will be forwarded to the tech support team, and i want to know how much longer will it take? Ticket id is #2000852278
