artyda1manparty
iMacs need PC3200, 2.5V, unbuffered, 8-byte, non parity, 184-pin, 400 Mhz DDR SDRAM; which the VS1GBKIT400 is right? Now it would be incompatible if it had any registers or buffers, PLLs, ECC, parity, or EDO RAM; does the VS1GBKIT400 have any of these? Also does the VS1GBKIT400 have heat spreaders? I believe they are tested @ 2.7 volts. They are unbuffered, not registered, non-ECC memory. The other types of memory haven't been used in almost 10 years. No heat spreaders.
