I need someone to respond to my thread as I have left 2 messages on there and haven't had a reply in 5 days. As I did not get a reply I attached any label to both parcel however the DHL collection driver came today and rejected the parcels as I did not have custom invoices for the parcels. I am leaving the country mid next week. PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT ASAP or I'm going to be forced to contact my credit card provider and ask for a chargeback for the deposit of the Advanced RMA. I was already sent 2 pre paid labels but they were rejected as I needed the customs invoices to go along with them. so PLEASE book 2 pre paid labels for the 2 PSUs (the damaged replacement and the original faulty PSU) + send me the customs invoices.
