hich96 Posted June 14, 2019 Share Posted June 14, 2019 Hi, so i ve been in contact with Corsair's customer service for the past month, aside from them approving my RMA, no news nor updates been given since that day, taking up to a week on average to answer my last messages. nevertheless, the last email i got from them was ,if i may say this, "blank", asking for things i already provided such as adresse and phone number!?, now 10days days straight and no response, no tracking number and obviously no replies!
