ebola3335
I am using rm750i as the device but the icue does not recognize this device. I checked the USB connections. it only recognizes the link version 4.9.1.23. the latest version does not see the link. *My computer; intel i5 8600k msi z370 a pro msi game x gtx 1060 vengeance pro 3200mhz ddr4 windows 10 home (always up to date) I'm using lux, glaive and ram, and icue sees them. system info.zip
DevBiker
I need to see the output from USBDeView. Without that, I cannot make any additional suggestions.
ebola3335
did you mean?
DevBiker
Finally! So the RM 750i is listed there so Windows is detecting it but iCUE isn't. Are you running any other monitoring tools that read the readings from the PSU? HWInfo, perhaps? Have you tried restarting the Corsair Service? ebola3335
I don't use any other programs. yes I tried. i also erased the windows and reinstalled it. but not recovered. As mentioned above the only program that works as a link is version 4.9.1.23.
DevBiker
Have you tried restarting the Corsair Service from inside of iCUE? Can you verify that the Corsair Service is running? Your posted logs show very little from the service; there should be more.
ebola3335
Is this what you want to say? I tried to restart the service. The device's connecting light is also green. DevBiker
Under "Settings", there's an option to restart the Corsair Service. Try that. Also, are you using any other monitoring tools, particularly anything that shows the values from the PSU?
ebola3335
corsair services restarted but did not. I don't use any other programs. Installed programs can be seen from the picture.

DevBiker
I guess there's no one to help. It should be recognized; it's not. There's nothing that we can do here but I've reported it on the beta channel. You may want to contact Corsair support as well.
ebola3335
I partially solved the problem. If anyone wants to install windows English (us). but it is lost when you translate it into your language.
