Tangie Posted December 27, 2018 Share Posted December 27, 2018 I have 3 led light strips that are lighting up and working as they should and then they will randomly turn off for and extended period of time then turn back on. solarity Posted December 27, 2018 Share Posted December 27, 2018 Is this a Lighting Node Pro or Commander Pro? Did you try each strip individually to see if you can reproduce it on all the strips? It could be a faulty strip or a faulty controller. Is it happening on both channel 1 and 2? I see you only say 3, where is the 4th one? This will help diagnose the issue, though you might have to contact support about this to get it RMA'ed. iCUE only sees the LNP/CoPro. The strips are asynchronous and don't communicate back to the controller. The controller/iCUE only knows there are three strips as you set that yourself. You could set it to 6 or 1 and will only impact how many LEDs come on and how the effects are shown. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
