baialyn
I built a gaming PC for my kids and to play VR with the Crystal 460X case. Everything works great except the stock Intel cooler is noisy and when playing VR it runs at 100% most of the time. I had originally expected to put in a H100i v2 but I read on the forums this doesn't fit well on the top, especially with high profile corsair ram, which I have. The kids wanted the deluxe RGB fans in the front, so wanting to get the thing built and running I just put in the stock cooler. It's an MSI Carbon AC Z370 board with an Intel I7 Coffee Lake Does anyone have a recommendation for a good upgrade for the stock cooler that fits well in the 460X case, either rear mount, top mount or even a chip mount? I'm not (currently) overclocking... I'd just like a step up from the stock cooler. I'm not super concerned with price. I'd gladly pay a little more to get something effective that I won't have to mess around with to fit.
