Andyxszar Posted December 6, 2018 Share Posted December 6, 2018 (edited) So, I don't know what to do anymore. I'm missing a screw that came with the AM4 bracket for my H150i Pro. It took 2 weeks to receive the wrong part, which doesn't fit the pump head. I was sent this part: CW-8960046, when I needed this part: CW-8960050. I've been in contact with customer support multiple times by phone and chat. I try to be as polite as possible, however I still haven't received the shipping label to return the wrongly sent part, and the new part won't be shipped until I supply the tracking number for the wrongly sent part. My new build has been down for 2 weeks now, and I'm starting to lose my patience. Is there anyone that can help me?
