About 9 months after purchase(The day before yesterday) one of the two ram sticks has become faulty. I would like to know what the process for getting a replacement would be, and how the shipping will be done and what I will have to pay for it. The ram sticks look new and the box they came in is also safely kept. This item was purchased from amazon in the US.
