Sheriden
Greetings, Looking for a little help, I've looked but not managed to come across anything so apologies if I've missed the obvious. My HX1000i has recently started appearing then disappearing rapidly in Corsair Link 4, this has only recently started since I downloaded and installed iCUE as I've just replaced my old Razer Keyboard/Mouse/Headset. (I went with Black Scimitar PRO RGB, Strafe RGB MK 2 Silent Cherry Mx and Void Wireless RGB 7.0 :D: ) Is this a known issue or is it something more? I'm not getting any issues with my setup and everything seems fine, I'm just concerned it may not be a bug with the software and maybe the first sign of an issue with my PSU :(: Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance.
DevBiker
If you are running iCue, you shouldn't need Link for anything except devices not supported by iCUE. iCUE should support the HX1000i. So you can uninstall Link. TBH, Link shouldn't see the PSU at all (or at least tell you that iCue is handling it now).
Sheriden
I have Corsair Link for my H100i cooler and the HX1000i is connected directly to it with the Link cable, I can't seem to get them to show in iCUE
DevBiker
Hmmm ... I guess that's the previous generation to my HX1200i? Mine has a USB cable link. And while I know that connection was there are one point, I've never run it personally so my knowledge is pretty limited; sorry. :(
Sheriden
I probably have the PSU - USB header cable in the box, I'll have to have a look. If not connected via LINK will it then show in iCUE? What about the H100i? The website says its supported by both Link & iCUE or is this bugged in the current version?
